We are not tied to a single manufacturer. When we recommend a boiler it is because it suits your property, your water pressure and your budget, not because it is the one we are contracted to shift this quarter.
We handle the whole job in-house: the survey, the design, the installation, the commissioning paperwork and the servicing afterwards. There is no subcontractor to point at when something is not right.
TH started as two engineers and a van. It has grown since, but the way it works has not: the person who quotes your job is someone you can ring afterwards, and the engineers who turn up are on our payroll rather than hired in for the week.
Most of our work still arrives by recommendation, which is the only marketing we have ever really trusted.
We hold approved-installer accreditation with the manufacturers whose boilers we fit most often. In practice that means a longer warranty for you, up to ten years on some ranges, registered by us at the point of installation rather than left for you to chase.
It also means our engineers sit the manufacturer training, so the person commissioning your boiler has been taught on that exact unit.
An extended warranty is only as good as the paperwork behind it. We complete the Benchmark record on the day, register the appliance with the manufacturer inside the deadline, and send the certificate to you rather than filing it and forgetting about it.
Warranties are conditional on the boiler being serviced every year, so we will remind you when yours is due rather than letting the cover quietly lapse.
We have grown slowly and deliberately. Taking on more engineers than we can train properly has never appealed, so the team has expanded roughly one apprentice at a time, and most of the people who joined as apprentices are still here.
That pace has let us widen what we take on, from single boiler swaps through to full commercial plant rooms and landlord portfolios, without the service getting thinner as the workload got bigger.
Our yard and stores sit just outside Anytown town centre, which keeps parts close to hand and call-out times short.
